All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier's marked delivery date.

To request a replacement, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Sizing Responsibility
Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, as production begins shortly after purchase. 

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Pursuant to our shipment contracts, risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or theft caused by shipping carriers.

If you purchased optional shipping insurance at checkout and your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will fast-track your insurance claim for a replacement. If you opted out of insurance, we would still work with the carrier to help locate your package, but we cannot guarantee a free replacement.
