Thank you for shopping with us! Because our apparel is custom-made-to-order, your purchase goes through a distinct production phase before it is shipped. Please review our shipping terms and timelines below.
1. FULFILLMENT & PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Made-to-Order Production: All items require 1 to 3 business days to print and package before they are handed over to our shipping carriers.
Business Days: Production and fulfillment occur Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. SHIPPING METHODS, TIMELINES, & RATES
We offer flat-rate shipping for all standard and economy shipments.

Please note: Transit times are carrier-provided estimates and begin after the 1-3-day production window is complete.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your made-to-order apparel has been printed and packaged, our fulfillment partner (Printify) will dispatch the item via OnTrac (or another designated regional carrier). You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your OnTrac tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. RISK OF LOSS & CARRIER DELAYS
Pursuant to Va. Code § 8.2-509, all purchases from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for the merchandise passes to you, the buyer, the moment our fulfillment partners or we hand the package over to the shipping carrier.
Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or high-volume seasonal shipping peaks.
Lost or Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. While we are not legally liable for carrier errors, we will gladly work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue or locate your package.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we cannot change or modify shipping addresses once the order enters processing. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
** Stolen Packages and Porch Piracy: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or intercepted after the shipping carrier marks the tracking status as "Delivered." It is your responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, look around your property, and file a formal "stolen mail" report with your local police department or carrier branch. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for items stolen after successful delivery.
To protect your purchase against porch piracy, damage, or loss in transit, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.If you purchase this insurance and your package is stolen or lost, you can file a claim through the provider for a replacement or refund. If you choose to decline or opt out of this shipping insurance at checkout, you assume all risk of loss, and we cannot issue refunds or free replacements for items stolen or lost after successful delivery.
